At Feverr.Arts , customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each item is carefully created, packaged, and inspected before shipment.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or payment returns once an order has been placed and processed.
However, if your item arrives lost, damaged, or defective, we are committed to making it right. In these cases, we will gladly provide a replacement or remake of the original item at no additional cost.
Replacement Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must contact us within [3–7] days of delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.
- Lost packages must be confirmed through the shipping carrier before a remake is issued.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note:
- We do not issue monetary refunds.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or minor variations due to the handmade/custom nature of products.
